Reporting to the Executive Chef, the dishwasher is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and order of the kitchen by washing dishes, cooking utensils and keeping the various work areas clean.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Washing, rinsing and disinfecting dishes, glasses, cutlery and kitchen utensils.
  • Ensure cleanliness and quality of washed items.
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, work surfaces and storage areas.
  • Clean floors, walls and equipment according to established hygiene standards.
  • Collect, sort and dispose of kitchen waste appropriately.
  • Ensure recycling of recyclable materials according to hotel policies.
  • Follow hygiene and food safety procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a clean and safe work environment.
  • Report any failures or problems with diving equipment and cooperate with the technical team for repairs and maintenance.
