Cheshire serves frail seniors and persons with significant disabilities to live actively and independently in their own homes and community.


  • Starting rate of pay $24,28 for direct care services (including applicable government enhancement subsidies of $3/hr).
  • Compensation for Travel Time, Staff Education and Development or Team Meetings at $21.28/hr
  • PLUS Mileage Reimbursed at $0.43/km as applicable
